This detached, restyled villa is located at the North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad, a mere 400 m from the North Sea beach and 13 km from the well-known, cosy Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. This two-floor luxurious villa is fully and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with TV with streaming function, an open-plan kitchen and a double bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. The first floor has four double bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-person setup. Two of the bedrooms offer enough space to place a cot. There are also three bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bathtub and one with a shower and a nice infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. There is a second separate toilet on the landing. For extra comfort, there is a storage room with washing machine. Venture through the French doors to reach the lovely garden with its inviting terrace, garden furniture and twin sun loungers. There is parking for three cars at the villa.
