Peacefully located on the top floor of a newly built, rustic-style villa this spacious apartment comfortably sleeps four guests and enjoys the use of a pretty lakeside garden with sun loungers and an alfresco dining area. Guests can also enjoy a private beach where they will find a bathroom with a shower. The beach is 800m from the apartment and access can be arranged directly with the owners who live in the ground-floor apartment.

Inside, the property enjoys a large open-plan living space furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen smart TV and a dining table for four. A high, exposed wood-beamed ceiling features throughout. The living area also incorporates the kitchen. which is fitted with a cooker hob, an oven, a Moka coffee machine, a fridge freezer and a breakfast bar. A small balcony complete with a table and chairs is the perfect spot for a morning coffee.

Location

The small town of Cadrezzate is located on the eastern shore of Lake Monate, in the Lombardy region of northern Italy, a 12-minute drive from Lake Varese. The property is a 30-minute drive from the city of Varese and a one-hour 15-minute drive from Milan. The lake offers opportunities for swimming, boating, fishing and leisurely walks along its shores. There is also a pretty lake-side restaurant La Playa a 12-minute walk away from the accommodation. Golfers can head to Golf Dei Laghi a 6-minute drive away.

The surrounding area is known for its natural beauty, with rolling hills, lush forests and biodiversity. Nearby Campo dei Fiori Regional Park (a 54-minute drive) is an excellent place for exploring the natural environment and the waterfront nature park Golfo della Quassa Park is an 11-minute drive away and features a beach and both walking and cycling routes.
