Apartment La PALMA, just a 3-minute walk from Caleta Beach, will allow you to enjoy pleasant beach days, carnivals and Holy Week, because although it is located in a quiet area, next to the pedestrian street Virgen de la Palma, known for its restaurants and its famous church, with its majestic palm trees and its magnificent "pescaíto" fried fish restaurants, there live people who enjoy life as if it were their last day.



The apartment is located on a second floor with a lift in a renovated building. Furthermore, for the comfort of our guests we offer a free parking space in the same building.

a wonderful apartment, located in a particularly beautiful area, beutifuly decorate, grocery store right in the building, comfortable beds, parking space but not for very large cars. We were in December but I imagined how comfortable it would be for a beach holiday being very close to the beach and equipped with beach chairs Everything war perfect

It is a beautiful refurbished apartment. Everything you need is there, all very clean and cannot fault it. Excellent and would recommend it. Cannot think of anything that you could improve on. I would point out that the freezer could do with de-frosting as there is a lot of ice in it. This is not a complaint at all just for your information.

Excelente ubicación,es como se ve en las fotos, tiene parking algo que es muy importante en Cádiz. Se podría mejorar el sofá, al estar tapizado cuando le pones las sábanas se escurren.Y las almohadas habría que cambiarlas.

Cerca de la playa pero con algún contra

La ubicación es muy buena, se agradece el parking (aunque el acceso y la plaza son muy muy estrechos) sobretodo con niños pequeños ya que facilita ir a más sitios. Supermercados, playa y zonas de ocio infantiles y restauración muy cercanos a pie. El apartamento en general es amplio y luminoso. Elementos de la casa en estado bastante mejorable (sofá cama blandisimo y hundido cama muy blanda, pantalla televisión sujeta por libros y sin acceso a Netflix, lavavajillas que más que limpiar, ensucia, manguera de ducha negra de moho, hormigas, persianas que no se bajan hasta abajo, sillas mal ajustadas). Deberían revisar el estado del apartamento antes de volver a alquilarlo.

El piso está muy bien, amplio y muy bien situado. Está en una zona muy animada de la ciudad, a 200 metros de la playa. Hay bares y restaurantes justo debajo pero las ventanas son muy buenas y no se oye nada de ruido. Hay un supermercado Dia debajo lo cual resulta muy cómodo. Hemos estado muy a gusto. La entrada al parking es MUY justa. Yo tenía un Seat Arona y sobraban 2 cm a cada lado del coche para entrar. Hay que andar con mucho cuidado para meterlo en el ascensor. Un super alojamiento. Repetiría seguro! Recordar que si tenemos coche, hay que sacar el coche antes de dejar las llaves dentro del apartamento..si no, nos vemos sin llaves y sin poder sacar el coche del parking.

Es un apartamento acogedor. El baño grande. La habitación grande también y con armarios empotrados amplios. El salón luminoso y espacioso. La cocina tiene de todo.

Great location but beware of the parking

Only small to intermediate size vehicle can actually park inside the building. Our car was to big to enter the building and had no choice but to park at the public parking nearby and pay extra cost for parking.

La localización del apartamento, perfecta para disfrutar del caso antiguo. La cocina, muy bien equipada. El garaje es un puntazo en Cádiz. El sistema de encendido eléctrico resultaba algo incómodo por tener la llave de la puerta unida por el candado.

Estancia agradable en buena ubicación.

Apartamento bastante nuevo en el que no echas en falta nada, cercano a la playa, supermercados, zona de tapas y con parking. Mejoraría el colchón del dormitorio, nos resultó demasiado blando.
