La PALMA Apartment, just 3 minutes walk from the Playa de la Caleta, will make you enjoy pleasant days at the beach, carnivals and Easter, although it is located in a quiet area, next to the Virgen de la Palma pedestrian street known for its restaurants and its famous church, with its majestic palm trees and its magnificent fried "fish" restaurants, people live there who enjoy life as if it were the last day.



The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator of a renovated building. In addition, for the comfort of our guests we offer a free parking space in the same building.



It has 40m2 and a modern and cozy style. It has a living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with a shower. In addition, the living room has a double sofa-bed that gives the apartment capacity for up to 4 people.

Great location but beware of the parking

Only small to intermediate size vehicle can actually park inside the building. Our car was to big to enter the building and had no choice but to park at the public parking nearby and pay extra cost for parking.
