A little dated, but nice and clean. Nice and quiet. Good location, not very far from the city of Cadillac which has lots of shopping and restaurants plus a nice downtown district. Good value for the money. I would stay there again if I was in the area.
We had a great time. Hotel is close to downtown, and not a far drive from Caberfae where we were skiing. Would definitely stay again.
It was quiet, comfortable and clean. The hot tub was hot and the pool refreshing. The only negative about the stay was our breakfast wasn't served hot, barely warm.
Nice room but the plumbing was loud.
Very old and smelly carpet. The worst thing is that there's no sound barrier at all between rooms. You hear everything the next door guests talk. Avoid this place at all cost.
The pool, hot tub and jacuzzi were hits with my kids. The pool area especially was very nice. Treadmills and exercise equipment could use an upgrade. Door to jacuzzi in our room was removed, which I found a little awkward. Towels had stains on them; so did the wall above the jacuzzi, which was a little gross. Aside from that though, staff was pleasant. They allowed us a one-hour later checkout with no extra charge. Air conditioning functioned very well and overall we felt very comfortable during our stay. The location is very close the the center of town and external amenities.
It is an upscale setting, but need to be updated. I liked will stay again.
Beautiful views and a clean and quiet room. We come every winter.
You can see evidence of financial trouble or bad management. There are many maintenance issues in and out of the rooms such as, damaged rotting wood, aged carpet, old mattresses, out of date access cards, and dinged up cabinets. The most alarming issue was a paddle lock on one of the main exits. It wasn't locked, but shouldn't even be there. Other issues include a room that just wouldn't get warm. We set the temp to 79 and we're still cold all weekend. Lastly, they are not managing COVID well. For example, they opted not to service the room between our two night stay. That is smart. Leaving the pool open, not smart. Likewise, they only supplied coffee, toilet paper and cups for a one night stay. The front desk staff and Curley's restaurant staff were friendly.
Nice facility. Good breakfast. We appreciate them allowing pets. Nice pet area. Room was comfortable.
Check in was quick and courteous. Room was clean. The pool and spa tub are great. The facility as a whole is a bit dated but well cared for.
Front desk and waitstaff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. The beds were comfortable. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms but it still looked pretty old. Would stay again though.
Friendly front desk staff at check in. No problems
The room was clean, the staff was nice, the breakfast was ok.
Great property! Great place to stay and the staff are helpful, friendly and welcoming . This was our third stay and we will be back!
All good. Close to skiing .Close to downtown Cadillac.
Room was not terribly clean, found a sock that previous guest had left behind. Dust/lint on all surfaces. TV remote had food on it from previous guest. Carpet in entry area was wet from snow being tracked in. Breakfast buffet eggs were cold, not appetizing.
