Escape to paradise in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view condo nestled in the lush rolling hills of La Catalina. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, Casa Verde is the perfect retreat, just minutes away from some of the Dominican Republic's most beautiful beaches.
The space
The property is located in a private community in the hills of La Catalina.

Each bedroom is showered in sunlight as each has it's own terrace with floor to ceiling glass doors. All rooms are adorned with local artwork!

Each room has a workspace available and one of the rooms has a wetbar and en-suite bathroom.
Guest access
As a condo guest you can enjoy access to the private pool, an outdoor shower and the laundry room. You may also walk through the community to the beautiful Catalina Tropical Lodge!
