Hacienda Paraíso ofrece más de 7,400 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, que incluye 4 dormitorios grandes, 5 baños, cuartos para cuidadores con baño privado que se convirtió en 5to dormitorio, un amplio garaje para 2 autos y lavandería. La cocina gourmet completamente surtida ha sido descrita por varios chefs locales como la mejor cocina de la zona para cualquier entretenimiento. Las espaciosas salas de estar interiores y exteriores están completamente amuebladas con mucho espacio para divertirse juntos o áreas de privacidad si es necesario. Great vacation

We stayed eight days at this beautiful home, and must say that the pictures do not do it justice. The home was clean, well furnished and located right on the beach. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Carlos and his team did a great job taken care of us and we plan on visiting again.

Perfect stay

Can’t say enough great things about Hacienda Paraiso. Full equipped house, everything in working order, managers were very responsive and helpful. Having a pool and hot tub on premises kept the grandkids occupied and happy. kudos to Carlos and Juan and Joconda!

Paradise in Costa Rica

Beautiful property. Very spacious. We are a family of 13 and the Hacienda had ample space. Direct access to the beautiful Flamingo Beach with stunning sunsets. Lovely pool. Carlos from Special Places of Costa Rica took exceptional care of us. Private Chefs Emmanual and Diner were amazing serving up delicious Costa Rican specialties. And also ensuring the little ones were well taken care of for food. Highly recommend!!

Paradise in Costa Rica

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is truly dreamy and Carlos and Marie took such great care of our family all week. They were available anytime we needed anything. The beach at playa flamingo is perfection. Our son loves to swim in the ocean and his dreams came true this week. Perfect swimming beach steps from the house. Not crowded at all. We enjoyed so many great local restaurants, rented jet skis right on the beach, went ziplining, on a sunset cruise and explored on ATVS this week. Carlos can set it all up! Finally, we highly recommend taking them up on setting up a private chef for a meal or two. Amazing! You won’t regret anything about staying here. It is without a doubt one of our favorite vacations yet!

Amazing Stay at Hacienda Paraiso - Playa Flamingo

This was our second time visiting CR and second time staying in one of the 3 beautiful homes right on Flamingo Beach! In the weeks leading up to our trip Phem from Special Places helped arrange everything and answered all of my COVID requirement questions (which ended up being quite easy). Our arrival was seamless and made extra special by being picked up by our friend "GOOSE" who we had met on our last visit in 2017. Once we settled in the evening was made even better by Chef Frank with Bellyfedbetter making an amazing dinner. We highly recommend having Chef Frank out at least once if you are visiting the area. The house was great, can't ask for much more than an amazing house sitting right on the beach and the staff was always close by and ready to help with anything! We also loved our day trip to Guachalipian.......we went zip lining, horse back riding, had an amazing lunch and went tubing (huge hit with everyone). If you take a day trip while in CR definitely ask for GOOSE to take you, he is the best! Overall we were just so happy to get the chance, given the times we are living in, to come visit Costa Rica and Playa Flamingo again. We were a family of 5 with a boyfriend and friend along for this trip.

AMAZING house, property, view & beach

This house far exceeded our expectations. We are an extended family of 10 and we had plenty of room for everyone. The listing doesn’t really give an explanation of the configuration of the rooms so I’m going to try. 1 king room (with a pull out sofa) is downstairs. Patio entrance/exit on this room. Lovely table and chairs on patio that overlook the pool area & amazing view to beach/ocean. Giant private on suite bathroom with huge tub. 1 queen room downstairs. It’s kinda back in the corner by the laundry room & has a view of a brick wall. It would be fine for kids that don’t care about an ocean view. Private bathroom. 1 King room upstairs with giant private patio that overlooks downstairs patio, yard, beach & ocean. Fantastic views. Private bathroom with large shower and a door to the patio IN the shower. 1 king room upstairs with a lovely private patio, sitting area in room, large private bathroom. Amazing view of downstairs patio, yard, beach, ocean. 1 king room upstairs with somewhat obscured view of ocean but still gorgeous. It does NOT have a private patio. 1 king room upstairs with view of front drive, private bathroom. All rooms are lovely, some are just better than others. The main living area is HUGE and amazing. A great, well stocked kitchen. We did recommend they replace the dishwasher as it wasn’t cleaning the dishes well & was physically falling apart. There is a large washer and dryer. Joconda was our house maid for the week and she is AWESOME.

A week in Paradise

We had very high expectations given the pictures online. The reality exceeded all those expectation. An absolutely beautiful home in an ideal location. The service was amazing as well- catering to all of our needs. Couldn’t ask for more!!

The Mansion 2022

This property was amazing. We slept 14 very comfortably with each family having there own bedroom & bathroom. The service while we were the was the best. The outside deck with pool and beach just steps away. We absolutely loved every moment we stayed.

Amazing family vacation

This was a perfect house for our family -- 6 adult couples and an infant. Maria took great care of the house and us, and Carlos coordinated all our needs and excursions. We felt pampered and the location on the beach was perfect. A couple minor coordination issues in the beginning of the reservation, but Special Places rectified them quickly. The maintenance staff took great care of the property and it really is beautiful. As mentioned in some other reviews, the hot tub wasn't hot -- even though we asked for it to be fixed a number of times, and finally, late on our last night it was finally fixed but too late for us to use. Carlos recommended Chef Frank with Belly FedBetter, and if you get a chance, USE HIM! He not only made exceptional meals, but is also so friendly and accommodating. Also, the Panache private Catamaran sunset tour (crew of Sergio, David, Emiliano and Manuel) was spectacular, fun and the crew was beyond great. A trip we won't forget, and this house was a key to that.

INCREDIBLE BEACHFRONT LOCATION

Our family of 10 stayed 8 nights at this wonderful house. Best location on the best beach in Flamingo. Great staff. The view from the living room is out of this world! One of the best trips we have ever been on. Can’t wait to come back.

You will not be disappointed with this property. The beach is breathtaking and the house has everything you need (sans beach toys and beach chairs) We caught rooster fish right in front of the house. Our toddlers went from the pool to the beach to bed exhausted! Couldnt have been happier anywhere else!

Amazing house

The house is amazing! Absolutely confortable with tons of space, nice rooms, great bathrooms, awesome pool with a great jacuzzi and a great sound system. I wouldn't say there is a full-time maid, as she just got there for a few hours in the morning. There was a diligent handyman readily available and with great disposition (Erick/Greivin).

OMG don't even know where to start, we were 3 families, 6 adults and 5 kids range from 2-16, it's better than the pictures, we had a maid every day coming Mon-Fri, she was cleaning the bedrooms, all the dishes, towels, everything, we had a chef Hugo, recommended by Phem from Special Places, he was the best, he did breakfast and dinner everyday, we had Lobster nights, Costarican night, he cooked different for kids, he was amazing, The beach was perfect for us, there was a local restaurant Coco Loco, that we used for lunches, it was perfect on the beach, kids were playing in the sand while we were eating. We will definitely be back!!!!!

Unbeatable Location, Great Service; Amazing!!

We loved it. Where to begin. The location, right on the beach, with waterfront views from all bedrooms and balconies (and even bathrooms!) that look on to the bay are out of this world. The house itself is immaculately maintained. 24 hour security and daily maid service. We traveled with small kids and this was perfect for our family. The service was impeccable. Randy from Special Places attended to every request, even on Christmas day when the office was closed. Bookings that we should have made weeks in advance were set up within the hour for us. Dealing with Special Places was just a delight, and they absolutely outperformed our every expectation. Strongly recommend this place (except for late Dec, because that's when we plan to come back :)

A slice of paradise

This beachfront house is the most luxurious vacation spot ever! I went with my husband and a few friends. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The balcony off the bedroom was a fabulous way to begin each day with a cup of tea and an ocean view! We spent most of our time at the private pool or took a short jaunt to the beach located on the property. The washer and drier in the house made it convenient to wash out our sandy clothes before our travels back to reality. We also loved the open concept kitchen which made cooking with friends a fun activity. I would highly recommend booking this memory making villa!

Luxurious Relaxation

This was the most relaxing and luxurious vacation I have ever taken. This fantastic home offers plenty of space to entertain as well as space to have solitary moments. The combination of the pool and the beautiful private beach cannot be topped. The private balconies off the bedrooms are a great place for a morning coffee offering a view of the Pacific ocean. We also enjoyed our time in town as the locals were welcoming and their food was fantastic. It was a short drive to activities such as zip lines and a boat ride where we fed the alligators.I would highly recommend this vacation spot to all.

'A dream come true!'

This house is my ‘happily ever after!’ As beautiful & spacious as the inside of the house is, the outside is just as the name Casa Sueños Real suggests … a dream come true! Just steps away from the luxurious outside patio & stunning view, you are treated to the most beautiful beach in the world. The ocean offers abundant recreational activities, sea life, & bird viewing. The hosts are generous & gracious, stocking the house & especially the kitchen with anything you would ever want or need, from sunscreen & toiletries to beach towels & boogie boards. But I’ve saved the best until last … Eric will point out the resident iguana & find fresh coconuts for your morning snack. Get to know the attentive, friendly staff & you’ve stepped into the kind & gentle world of Costa Rican paradise!

Amazing!

This vacation property is spectacular. The views are unmatched, the house is right on the beach, and the town is perfect for a family getaway. This house and experience set a new high bar for beach vacation spots. The house design is contemporary, clean, and perfect for family and friends. Immediately upon arrival, I felt right at home. The town, Playa Flamingo, is the ideal size city in Costa Rica. It isn't extremely touristy so you can get the local vibe but still have access to fun activities such as swimming, surfing, four wheeling, horseback riding, zip lining, and fine dining. The grocery store is only 5 minutes away. If you want to head to a bigger and more touristy city, Tamarindo is only 30 minutes away. However, we preferred the peaceful location of Playa Flamingo. If you're wondering if my family will ever go back to this spot, my answer is hands down YES!
