Spend your afternoons lounging in the oceanview infinity pool or enjoying outdoor meals at the BBQ grill and bar. As the sun sets, gather around the outdoor dining area or take a stroll along MarVista’s scenic walking trails.



Inside, the villa boasts a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances and everything you need to cook or host with ease. An 8-seat dining table overlooks the ocean, while the spacious living area offers a plush sectional and large-screen TV, perfect for winding down after a day of adventure.



With five beautifully appointed bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Each room offers ample storage, luxury linens, and cooling air conditioning for restful nights.

The Neighborhood:

Casa Serenidad is located in the Mar Vista gated community of Playa Flamingo, close to 6 beautiful beaches, the new Flamingo Marina, high-end boutiques, and eateries. The ocean views are stunning and right within the community you’ll have access to the neighborhood restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, hiking trails, a fitness center, and a clubhouse with an infinity pool. It should be noted that the tennis, pickleball and fitness center come with an additional cost.



Getting Around:

Important Note: A 4x4 vehicle is suggested but not required to access the property due to hilly terrain.



• 1 hour to Liberia International Airport (LIR)

• 30 minutes to Tamarindo Commuter Airport (TNO)



Other Things to Note:

This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot.



As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
