The view overlooking Los Cabo and the marina is great! The pictures are a little misleading, there is 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds that is not shown in the pictures. Thats my bad for not reading all the room descriptions closely, but there should be a picture of it. I believe the description for the 3rd bedroom is 2 pull out sofas. A washer and dryer would be ideal. When you're swimming every day you have wet towels and suits that could stand to be washed. We were there 5 nights and had 1 towel per person, extra bath towels are needed. There are about 100 beach towels so that at least is helpful. The initial reaction when you walk in the front door is that this place is gorgeous! The view really is amazing. The balcony is great, could use some better lighting. The living room, tv and dining room are great. The kitchen is pretty run-down, the cabinets throughout the kitchen and bathrooms are rickety. There is no oven but there is a small air fryer. The dishwasher was broken and we were told a repair man would be coming, that never happened. The first day the heat in the pool and hot tub was perfect although the pool was very dirty. A pool boy did come over the next day and did a good job cleaning it. The 2nd day the heater stopped working. Even if I'm in Mexico I'd still like a warm hot tub. The pool is completely shaded by 2pm so the heater would be nice to warm it up just a bit. We still swam, so its definitely not unswimable. All in all we had a great time, needs upkeep.
