The living room is spacious and cozy, equipped with a smart TV, sofa bed for extra space, and pocket doors that open to the large private balcony. The balcony is fully furnished with; firepit, siting area, bbq grill and dining table. This will be your favorite spot to have your morning coffee, relax and simply enjoy the tranquility of this community while overlooking Cabo San Lucas' Arch and amazing ocean views.

Please be advise that we may contact you during your stay to ask your permission to provide access to a potential buyer, you may deny permission. In case the property is sold before your stay, we will offer an equivalent property with the same amenities and value.

Remember this property is Dog-Friendly 🐶 (15lbs or smaller), we need to be notified upon arrival if you will bring a dog, an extra $250 USD cleaning fee (per dog) will apply with no exception, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
