Suite Luxury in the Heart of Cabo San Lucas
Owner Studio Suites feature over 540 square feet of living space, Two Double beds (can be made into CalKing - based on availability), an open living area with table and chairs, a large bathroom. A full accessorized Kitchenette with service for four. The private balcony or terrace will have a pool and a garden view, and ocean view can be requested. Sleeps 4 Adults or 3 Adults + 1 Child max.

Each of our 260 Studio/Junior and Luxury Suites is beautifully appointed with elegant furniture, plush bedding, lifestyle technology, and a balcony or patio. Rooms are stocked with fresh towels, flavored water, and flat-screen TVs.

Each suite includes a kitchenette with a hot plate, microwave, mini-fridge, cookware, and a toaster. All suites have a separate dining area with a small table and chairs. Flat-screen TVs and iPod docks are standard, but Wi-Fi is only free for guests who book the all-inclusive rate. Spacious bathrooms feature standing showers and plenty of vanity counter space, magnifying mirrors, and hairdryers. There are a few towels and toiletries on offer.

Situated six blocks from downtown Cabo San Lucas, Rose is a 10-minute walk to the notorious Cabo nightlife, like The Office or Mango Deck. Expect a 30-minute walk or 10-minute drive to watersports and fishing at the marina. The main drag through Cabo San Lucas, Larazo Cardenas, is a five-minute drive or a 17-minute walk from Rose, and has plenty of restaurants, bars, and popular shops.

While Rosé is located on Playa el Medano, the white sands of Costa Azul are a 25-minute drive from the hotel. The small, quaint town of San Jose del Cabo is a 30-minute drive, and features cobblestone streets, Old World Mexican charm, and a lively art scene.

Complimentary shuttle service to Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf & Spa Resort, restaurants, bars and facilities is provided. You will have access to their Restaurants, Market Area, Full-service Spa & Salon, Tennis courts (lit for night play). You'll also enjoy unlimited access to their private beach, stunning swimming pools, state-of-the-art fitness center and life-enriching activities.

At Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach there are restaurants, a general store, multiple bars and other hotels that are available to you as a guest. Multiple pools, each with a pool bar. A unique "Sky Pool" at the top of the hill. Guests can enjoy 32 different dining options plus daily theme parties, and 14 different bar options (including the bars and Restaurants of PB Rose, PB Los Cabos, PB Sunset, The Market & Quivira Steakhouse). These amenities are spread across all the Pueblo Bonito Resorts.

These Resorts are “all inclusive optional” and all inclusive usually runs between $80 and $120 per adult, per day depending upon the level of AI you choose. It is less for seniors over 60 and kids under 18. All inclusive options are available directly from the hotel at check in or after you book the suite with us, we will be happy to connect you with our personal vacation assistant at Pueblo Bonito for the best owner pricing on all inclusive and/or spa, etc. Either would be the same price we pay for you are now a guest as an Owner.

TO REQUEST DATES TO BOOK-
REQUESTING ideally should be done more than 2 months in advance, and even further for high-demand dates.

If a Suite is listed as a REQUEST, it CANNOT BE RESERVED without us calling the Resort as Owners and checking it's availability for it changes daily.

When inquiring on dates for a REQUEST LISTING or needing a different date, use the "CONTACT HOST". Please include at least 2-more dates in the message area, along with type bed setup? King or 2 doubles/queens?
Give us up to 24 hours and BOOM, you’re on your way to those Sandy Shores.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservations that BOOKED/Purchased a REQUEST listing without us confirming your dates with the Resort which will delay the booking completion.

ALL OTHER CHARGES WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN CHECKING OUT AT THE RESORT. THIS INCLUDES ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, ALL GRATUITIES, TAXES, UPGRADES AND OTHER CHARGES DUE TO RESORT.
