Brand new penthouse condo in Cabo corridor with private roof top terrace,breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez and iconic Arch. Walking distance to all amenities, grocery stores, liquor stores and local shops. 5 minute drive to downtown Cabo San Lucas and 20 minute drive to San Jose del Cabo. This condo is equipped with everything you need for a short holiday or a longer stay. 1450 sq/ft main living area and 1100 sq/ft private roof top terrace.The kitchen offers a large island, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and a fridge as well as in suite washer and dryer. The 2 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with large stand up showers. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, enormous walk-in closet, 55" wall mounted TV, private spin bike, stunning views of the ocean and a balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee or the shade on the main floor outdoor terrace or sunbathe on the roof top with unobstructed views of the water and in full sunshine, this is also where you will find the outdoor kitchen! The building is quiet and has an elevator, it is wheelchair accessible.
Common areas include semi Olympic size pool, fully equipped gym, pickle ball courts, basketball court , table tennis , pool table , games area with large screen TV and a business center. Concierge on site 6 days a week. If you want a night out or go to the beach it is an easy 4 minute Uber ride to downtown Cabo to Medano beach and all restaurants, marina and nightlife.
