Outdoor sandpit area with surround sound, widescreen T.V. Viking BBQ gas grill, outdoor patio ice maker. Inside courtyard with dining and sitting area, including fireplace and fountain.
Large outside bathroom and shower area. Laundry room and a three-car garage. Each bedroom has a private terrace and en-suite bathroom. Most bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and master bedroom patio. Lighted fountain in front patio, great house for a family reunion, very private for 4 couples but sleeps ten.
