Large one Bedroom villa with kitchen that sleeps four with ocean view. You will be on 3ed floor or higher! The Cabo Villa Beach Resort is located directly on Medano Beach in the Heart of Cabo. Views are of ocean and El Arco. This property is walking distance to Marina and downtown Cabo, 5-8 minutes. All water activities are located directly on Beach in front of property. The restaurant "Ediths" is on property and The " Office"is on Beach below . Daily maid service and free valet parking at resort. Our rental rate includes the 29% Mexican sales tax. Please check out resort at cabovillasbeachresort.com for additional photos and information. We also have other villa types available from Studio to four Bedrooms on availability.
