The condo was clean, mostly newly appointed. High ceilings, nice hot water. Check in was easy and host was responsive. The huge outdoor private patio overlooking the ocean was great, although underutilized (crying out for more furniture and outdoor living stuff like a grill.) The outdoor was very comfortable but bare bones. Sofa in living room was lumpy, but everything else was nice. Pool area was also bare bones. No lounge chairs or umbrella/tables. Not the owners fault, but know what you're walking into. Not much going on in the little town during the week, it's pretty dead except for the single grocery store. About a mile from Combate Beach, which wasn't super well taken care of, and no vendors during the time we were there. Overall, the apartment/condo was a 5/5, the grounds and common areas were a 3/5, and the town was a 2/5.
