Property of 100sqm divided into living room, 3 bedrooms (1 suite), 2 social bathrooms, kitchen and balcony in the living room and in a bedroom. Close to bars, restaurants and shops in general.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED SHEETS AND TOWELS, ILLUSTRATIVE IMAGES!

In the living room, you will find a dining table with 6 chairs, 2 sofas with 2 seats, TV with basic channels, as well as a balcony. First bedroom (suite) with balcony, double bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan. Second bedroom has 3 single beds and ceiling fan. Social bathroom with electric shower. Third bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan. Social bathroom with electric shower. Kitchen with 6-burner stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, basic cooking utensils, table with 2 stools, tank and clothesline for drying clothes on the floor. Covered parking space in the building for 2 vehicles.
