Imóvel bem localizado porém mediano em limpeza e com escadaria

Apartamento médio, logo que voce abre a porta do apartamento leva um susto. Tem uma grande escada para chegar na sala, se você estiver com carrinho de bebe ou tenha dificuldades de locomoção não indico. Proximo a porta nem lugar para deixar o carrinho de bebe tem, unica opção é subir a escada com o carrinho. Limpeza deixou a desejar um pouco, nao tinha grandes sujeiras mas tudo com muita poeira. Banheiros muito bons, chuveiro excelente. Area da piscina boa, mas a churrasqueira impraticavel. Grelhas e espetos completamente sujos e enferrujados. Para usar você teria que comprar espetos e fazer uma boa limpeza antes. localização é o ponto alto do imovel. Super bem localizado, muito proximo a praia. Porteiros educados o tempo inteiro e facil comunicação para pegar a chave com a pessoa que fica responsavel em entrega-las quando a gente chega no imovel. Muito simpatica essa moça também. Ar condicionado de um dos quartos não funciona.

Localização excelente. Apto limpo, ar refrigerado em todos os cômodos, ótimos banheiros, pequenas falhas na manutenção (maçaneta soltando, ar dos quartos muito sujos)mas no geral corresponde ao anúncio, exceto pela piscina, inoperante.
