3 bedrooms, one suite, living room with two environments, kitchen and laundry area.
Air conditioning in all rooms.
Accommodates up to 9 people including child.
Building with pool (afternoon sun), sauna, games room, two elevators and 24-hour concierge.
Two independent covered parking spaces.
The apartment receives only the morning sun and is very well ventilated throughout the day.
