Friendly Staff, but need more WiFi capacity

The room was a nice size which included a livingroom/dining area, a kitchen sink, no stove, a small Refrigerator and a separate Bedroom. It was really a small apartment. The 2 air conditioners worked great and the shower was great too. However, the room could use a little paint and renovation but the biggest problem was the free WiFi. This hotel is a 4 floor hotel and with all these people the WiFi was off and on all day long until midnight. They definitely need more WiFi capacity, in my opinion!!!!!!

Hotel parou no tempo

Bom hotel, equipe prestativa, porém parece que parou no tempo. Claramente não se vê manutenção. Equipamentos enferrujados na cozinha do quarto; armários com cheiro de mofo; aparelhos da academia não funcionam; pão murcho no café da manhã. Se houvesse manutenção, seria um excelente local para hospedagem. Localização excelente. Uma pena!

Hotel bem localizado e silencioso porem precisa de melhor manutenção,o servico de quarto fraco e a recepção esta o tempo inteiro administrando so problema.O banheiro não tem suportes para toalhas e pra quem tem crianças de 3 anos como nosso caso tive problemas para dar banho pois nem chuveirinho é disponibilizado. O cafe da manhã pessimo,poucas opções,pão e bolos de baixa qualidade e somente 1 funcionário na maioria do tempo para atender a demanda. A sauna e a hidro funcionam legal.O estacionamento é amplo e o serviço recepção 24 horas atende bem.So volto a ficar neste hotel pelo preço bem mais baixo que eu paguei desta vez,acredito que em baixa temporada como eu vim a possiblidades de melhores opções é real. Minha nota para hotel seria 5 numa escala de 0 a 10.

Mandai is a nice hotel just in front of the beach. The room was so confortable and wide, breakfast was great with a great variety of dishes and pool and other facilities were excellent too. On the other hand, the mattress that I used requires an urgent change, it was too old and unconfortable! Regarding the staff, part of them was nice and polite but others not so much.

Adoramos a localização, mas não gostamos da nossa acomodação a cama não era boa e o banheiro estava com casamento e as toalhas eram ruins e tinham manchas, da mesma forma os lençóis!! O café da manhã era maravilhoso a piscina e a vista perfeitas. O atendimento deixou a desejar!! No mais as praia são lindas e a localização do hotel é perfeita.

Lugar horrível de se hospedar. Não recomendo para ninguém. Lugar não condiz com as fotos. É extremamente sujo, a cama super desconfortável, o banheiro é um nojo e o chão do quarto tbm é super sujo. Café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. Quando vc vai fazer o check-in eles só perguntam se vc vai utilizar o estacionamento e no final da estadia cobram 80 reais pelo estacionamento. A localização é boa mas não compensa. O restaurante do hotel que funciona no almoço/janta é terceirizado e é uma delicia, realmente é a única coisa boa do hotel.

Not impressed. Staff Slow and non English speaking. Breakfast Almost only sweets; cakes, cookies, deserts and so on. The breakfast area is also massively underspeced, so that one always has to queue. No healthy options and only white bread. Cleanliness Below average cleanliness. Our shower wash was empty for the duration of our stay, there was mould in the shower and our bed was made up with sandy sheets even though we put them on the floor. The fridge seal was grim and the micro waver also needed a clean. Room quality The bed broke and was not level for the duration of our stay. The aircon hardly worked. The oven did not work either. Safety Between the main corridor and our room was a small hallway. We shared the small hallway with another room. We were given keys for the door to the hallway as well as to our room that had separate locks. I fell ill (perhaps due to hotel hygiene?) and my girlfriend went out one evening and took the keys with her. The neighbour then went out and locked both their door and the door to the small hallway. Because I had a key only for our door, and not the hallway, I could not get out if I needed to. I called the reception twice and asked for another set of keys and after about an hour someone eventually showed up. They did not have spare keys for the hallway door but unlocked it for me. This is completely unacceptable from a safety perspective. I will never go back to this hotel.

Quanto a limpeza não é das melhores. Os atendentes não são gentis e nem estão aí com você. Acho que uma apart hotel desse porte poderia ser bem melhor. O Wi-Fi pegava péssimo, deveriam colocar aparelhos mais modernos e para conseguir uma ligação tinhamos que sair do hotel. Vamos melhorar hotel Mandai em quesito limpeza e roupas de cama e banho muito velhas e rasgadas. Fora isso foi boa a estadia. Ah já ia me esquecendo do espaço para o café da manhã, muito pequeno e com tanto espaço o hotel, não entendi .
