O apartamento fica localizado no melhor local de Cabo Frio, quase em frente a praia. O imóvel possui todas funcionalidades para nosso conforto: ar condicionado nos quartos, wi-fi, churrasqueira, cozinha toda equipada e piscina. Com certeza volto me hospedar lá. Ficamos em família no Apartamento da Helena por 6 noites, e já queremos voltar. A proprietária é muito atenciosa, nos orientou muito bem sobre o período de locação e passou todos os detalhes, sentimos segurança durante a negociação para fechar com eles, muito organizada com o contrato e informações que precisamos, foi tudo excelente! O apartamento é ótimo, bem localizado próximo a praia do forte, conseguimos ir a pé para a praia do forte, e ainda levamos nosso cooler com as bebidas, muita comodidade! Ficamos muito bem acomodados, nos sentimos em casa! O apto tem toda estrutura de utensílios domésticos, geladeira grande, máquina de lavar, churrasqueira em uma ótima área externa. As janelas e varandas possuem grade de proteção, o único problema é a escada para quem tem criança muito pequena ou animas, pois tem que ficar atento sempre. O prédio possui boa estrutura, seguro, com uma piscina ótima, ducha e é muito limpo, super cheiroso, além do zelador Ari estar sempre por perto para ajudar. Adoramos nossa estadia!

Apto bem localizado. Perto da praia e dos quiosques e feirinha. Limpeza de qualidade tanto do apto quanto do predio. Piscina no play com churrasqueira bastante aconchegante. Recomendo.
