The Condominio is in a paradisiacal region and has one of the most beautiful beaches in the Lakes Region. It has a playground, newsagent and more. Very secure with 24 hour surveillance.
Near the Center of Cabo Frio (27 Km) and Búzios (23 Km). With supermarket / pharmacy less than 10 minutes.

A house on two terraces all flat, airy and bright, with volleyball court, Barbecue, Pizza oven, wood oven, two refrigerator, two cisterns with 16 thousand liters in total.
We charge the cost of water, the value is 30 reais the m3, we take photos of the water clock to calculate the amount spent.

Boa casa

A casa tem uma excelente estrutura, porém deixou a desejar em algumas coisas, os chuveiros não estava funcionando bem, apenas um saia água quente e com abundância, os demais a água saia bem fraca. A tv não estava funcionando bem, horas ela apagava e do nada voltava a funcionar. Fora isso a casa é grande bem arejada e bem localizada.
