Foi uma estadia de 8 dias, ótima,fiel ao anúncio, apartamento antigo,móveis e utensílios seguem a mesma pegada,atendeu meus objetivos, não sou exigente mas,deixou um pouco a desejar a limpeza,mais fora isso o zelador Sr. Carlos foi muito atencioso e prestativo, a Administradora Bruna também,digo que sempre que tiver oportunidade voltarei, pertíssimo da praia do forte e dos comércios!! Eu super recomendo.

O apartamento possui três sacadas que não seguem as normas de segurança, permitindo que animais de pequeno e médio porte passem facilmente pelas grades.Para idosos: não recomendo. O apartamento está localizado no terceiro andar e são 48 lances de degrau, oque pode ser desafiador para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.A localização é boa. são 48 lances de degrau

Muito perto da praia, ambiente familiar, vizinhos agradáveis. Apto é lindo. Única coisa é a pia de um banheiro vazando e as portas que fazem muito barulho, mas não é nada demais. Recomendo muito.

Os pontos positivos da estadia foram: o apartamento é perto da praia e do comércio local, está localizado numa rua tranquila, possui recipiente para galão de água que gela bem, duas geladeiras e muitos colchões. As fotos são coerentes com a realidade. Já os pontos negativos: precisa de algumas reformas: a porta da sala estava sem o puxador, as janelas e a porta da varanda não possuem trincas, um dos quartos está com uma goteira severa (um dia de chuva encheu um balde pequeno), as duchinhas dos banheiros não funcionam, o banheiro menor está vazando muita água, mesmo quando não é utilizado, o apartamento é no terceiro andar e não possui elevador nem telas nas janelas, as varandas são perigosas para crianças.

Alguns ajustes necessários

A localização do imóvel é ótima! Estava bem limpinho quando chegamos e a Bruna nos recebeu muito bem. Alguns ponto precisam de ajustes. 1. Fechadura da porta não tem o puxador o que dificulta seu fechamento. 2. Geladeiras são duas, mas muito antigas e não estão gelando em boas condições. 3. Fechadura do banheiro social está estragada. 4. Utensílios são limitados, precisam de uma melhoria. Apesar dos itens acima, o imóvel atende muito bem de modo geral.

Apartamento super aconchegante, fui super bem recebida, e atendida . . . Perto de tudo !!! A única sugestão é que coloquem tela nas varandas, por ser terceiro andar e aceitarem crianças. De resto pretendo voltar assim que der !!!

Apartamento muito bom, bem organizado e aconchegante. Se for ficar mais de 3 dias, atentar que não possuí wi-fi, ferro de passar roupa e dificulta um pouco a questão de lavagem de roupa em virtude de tempo para secagem e não possuir escovão para esfregar. No mais, é um ótimo apartamento, localização privilegiada, rua muito tranquila e calma. Retornaria com certeza.
