O ap é bem localizado. O proprietário é bem atencioso. O prédio é seguro. Tava tudo limpinho. Porém fui surpreendida pq não havia roupa de cama nem de banho. O fogão está em péssima condições, o forno não funciona. Falta muitos utensílios de cozinha, .... A sauna não funciona.

Ótimo apartamento, local tranquilo, conforme descrito e apresentado nas fotos. Proprietário muito atencioso e solícito. Tive que incomodá-lo um pouco no domingo mas mesmo assim fui prontamente atendido para resolver um pequeno problema com travesseiros faltantes (ele trouxe novos em folha). Avalio como 95%. Para ficar 100% poderia colocar colchões um pouco mais macios em duas das camas. Dráusio, eu a minha família agradecemos pelo atenção e ótima estadia.
