My home is close to the beach (Canet en Roussillon - 7km), the center of Perpignan (8km), 20 minutes from Spain. It is located in a two-unit residence, upstairs. In a quiet residential subdivision lined with vineyards for beautiful walks. A southern orientation and a terrace very pleasant, can spend good moments friendly .. Perfect for couples, business travelers and families (with children).
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
