Modern townhouse offering ample space and privacy boasting seaside living and a peaceful courtyard that grants direct access to the beach via a bushland track. Tucked away in a private setting, this holiday home attracts an abundance of birdlife. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, as well as amenities such as Austar, WiFi, and air conditioning, additionally both bedrooms have ensuites and balconies. It is the ideal location to unwind and find serenity, yet only a short walk to the bustling centre of Byron.
This property is self-contained with bed, bathroom and kitchen linen supplied. It is not serviced. If you would like a service clean (this will be at an additional cost to you) please contact our office. You will need to supply your own toiletry items (we only provide a few basics). Nice quiet position. Unit was well equiped with everything we needed. Garden needs a little work. A bit unfinished and baron. No view but an easy walk through to the beach.There was a few maintenance issues such as moisture in the roof but didn’t effect our stay. A large 2 bedroom… with a fold out bed too if needed.

2 bedroom property very comfortable especially with the 3 bathrooms makes sharing with larger groups a breeze. Only a 10 minute walk to centre of Byron and 2 minute walk to Belongil Beach. Some attention to cleanliness and provision of basic supplies required but overall great stay

The location so close to Belongil Beach is such a positive aspect of the property as we did not want to stay close to Main beach. Villa 3 is amazing fabulous accommodation, amenities - all that you need are available.
