Great price, decent location and super landlord

First time to the City so did not know what to expect. We always like to stay close to Old Town whenever we go abroad and we were not far out with this accommodation. The area was respectable and the apartment was very modern, clean and well equipped. Max (owner) was so helpful and made sure that we were able to have a later check-in than what was advertised. we kept in touch via text because the weather was playing havoc with flight times and we met up at the apartment at exactly the right time. He then helped us arrange a taxi to the airport when we left and also gave us a very fair deal to keep the apartment for a late check-out. He was so helpful and speaks excellent English. If you are elderly or disabled, in truth this may be a little too far from the main Town, but we actually enjoyed our strolls in and out of town and did not need taxis. Distance is approx 1000 mtrs from flat to town. The balcony was convenient and so handy if you are an occasional smoker (given most hotels do not allow). Cooker, fridge/freezer, iron, coffee machine, large TV etc etc makes this a much better option than hotel and the price is very reasonable. Mcdonalds and KFC as well as an indoor shopping market are on the doorstep. Great place for a long weekend and a very decent apartment with a helpful landlord all ensured we had a good time.
