Hotels.com очень безответственная и не серьезная!

Все очень плохо! Hotels.com просто мошенники! Мы приехали в ЗАРАНЕЕ ПОЛНОСТЬЮ ОПЛАЧЕННЫЙ НОМЕР, но так в него и не смогли заселиться! После 5 часового поиска хозяев, приехала представитель и заявила что она не знает компанию "Hotels.com" и об нашем бронировании и денег ни каких не поступало на их счет (хотя компания Hotels.com получила от меня 100% предоплату и гарантировала 100% бронирование! Вы себе не можете представить как я и моя семья были шокированы.... Мы нашли другое жилье, но что нам это стоило! А с компанией Hotels.com еще предстоит разобраться и добиться 100% возврата средств + моральная компенсация!!!
