We have 2 external suites, 1 normal room, all with air conditioning. Pool, lounge covered kitchen with barbecue, 3 bathrooms, 6 car garage, and total security. We have Sky HD cable TV with Brazilian championship, comfort and convenience for all, who appreciate Nature and Peace, this very close to the sea and the lagoon, Great for fishing of all kinds. We have several fruit trees, and a couple of mutt buggies that are just joy in this house. Our caretaker is available at all times.
