Instalações em processo de decadência.

Tudo muito simples. A Porta do quarto não fecha somente com a maçaneta, tem que ser trancada à chave. O Banheiro não tinha papel higiênico. A Porta da varanda não tinha chave. tudo bastante precário. O que salva é a proximidade do mar de Itaúna.
