Villa Balussi (Istria - Buzet)

Casa Balussi is a unique vacation home with an open view of the surrounding hills. It is located near Buzet, the town of Istrian truffles. Buzet boasts many visitors, especially because of the exceptional gastronomic offer in the nearby taverns. The region of Buzet offers a wide range of outdoor activities, there are numerous marked hiking and cycling trails, and for the more adventurous there is also the possibility of climbing and paragliding.The fully fenced garden offers guests a swimming pool, sun loungers for sunbathing, a fireplace, two covered terraces, seating and several parking spaces. From the pool area there is direct access through two large glass walls to the taverna/summer kitchen. In the tavern there is a kitchen, a dining table, a fireplace and a separate toilet. The tavern area forms an open unit with the pool area when the glass walls are fully open. In colder weather, the walls can be closed and the tavern becomes a closed room.Casa Balussi consists of two separate accommodation units and is rented out exclusively as a whole. Each unit has a separate entrance. The first unit consists of a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The second unit consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen and toilet on the first floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are expressly forbidden!The swimming pool can be used from 01.05. to 15.10.

The villa is air-conditioned and features 4 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
