This beautiful modern holiday house with private pool is situated in the medieval town of Roc. In the centre of the north Istria, 348 metres above sea-level, in the midst of natural beauties. The holiday house offers accommodation for 5 people. It consists of private pool, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and covered terrace. This spacious accommodation is 100 m2. There is a double bed in the first bedroom and two single beds in a second bedroom. The bathrooms have shower, wash basin and toilet. The fully-equipped kitchen has all necessary cooking facilities, a fridge, a coffee machine, oven, a dishwasher machine, there is also a dining area. A living room has seating area near the fireplace, television with satellite channels. The garden provides furniture, barbecue facilities, sunbeds and pool. The house is air-conditioned.
