The cottage was absolutely lovely.

The cottage was absolutely lovely. We received a warm welcome and there were even some added extras- coffee, tea, milk and sugar- even bread and cakes! what a treat! There was lots of information on local amenities and walks, the host was perfectly attentive and nothing was too much of an ask for him. The only 'fault', if you can call it that, is that we would have really benefited from better lighting on the stairs. And that's it! And only because one of our party is partially sighted and so struggled. Otherwise- I imagine we'd all be happy to live there! Very close to shops, but perfectly hidden away so the traffic nearby isn't even noticeable. Will definitely come again, if the cottage is available.
