"The staff was friendly enough but the room wasn’t up to date. The windows were messed up and not clear so we couldn’t see out. It was a little odd that I could open the window from the 2nd floor. The shower head would pull out of the wall. There was a spider in the tub. There weren’t enough blankets on the bed and there were not any extras in the closet. The lighting was very poor. The desk chair was in very bad shape. There was food left in the fridge. The so called breakfast was very limited. NO FRUIT AT ALL. For $200 a night I expected much better. Based on this, I will never stay at the Hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone."

"Our room was dirty. There was a smear of dirt on the curtains, short hairs in the tub and something wiped across the wallpaper on one of the walls inside of the bathroom. The tub faucet was unstable and was loose."

"To start, the drain pipe on the front of the hotel was on the ground. Great sign of how the rooms are maintained (they're not). We walk in the front door at about 10pm and see another couple who had been waiting for a clerk to check them in for 15 minutes. One of them went behind the counter in the back room trying to find an employee. We ended up calling the hotel and one of the staff members answered and finally came down the stairs to help check everyone in. Check-in was smooth but they WILL charge your card for $50 for incidentals instead of just keeping the card on file, so be prepared for that. After checkout we walked towards the elevator but there was a bullet hole in the door so we opted for the stairs for our entire 2-day stay. Once we reached our room, we were hit with an AWFUL mold-like smell. They have the windows shut so the only way you can really get fresh air is from the ac unit in which I don't think the air filters have been cleaned anytime recently because that smell remained for our entire stay. When we turned on the shower, the fire alarm would chirp for a good 30 minutes and then turn off on its own. Also, in the bathroom, there was a huntsman spider and dead German roaches smeared on the walls (my fiancé is in pest control and pointed it out to me). The breakfast was bland and just had a weird texture. Overall, it was a place to sleep. Thankfully we were out of the hotel most of the time. I wouldn't wanna stay here again."
