The hotel billed my credit card $50 after checkout. The room was left as found except for an unmade bed. Nothing was removed from the room, nothing was damaged. And they removed $50 from my account. Will not return.

My Pet peeve is a smoking area by the front door, the area was littered with discarded cigarette butts, giving the impression of a dirty stay. The clerk did not know how to handle an expedia reservation and I now have 4 charges to my credit card, but I was assured they would drop off, Not yet! Room was excellent, fighting in hallway 2nd floor after 10 PM with loud cursing.

This is the second or third time I’ve stayed up this hotel. Every time has been a first class experience. Staff is friendly. It’s always clean. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. I stay there as part of an annual trip and probably will stay there again.

Good Stay

Easy hotel to locate and no problems with parking. Front desk and staff were friendly. Room was clean, no missing necessities. Plenty of space in the room and the hotel was a nice atmosphere. Will stay here again if ever in the area.
