Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Tossens und haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Dazu hat auch diese Ferienwohnung maßgeblich beigetragen.Zur Wohnung/Außenbereich:Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt und die Küche beinhaltet alle erforderlichen Utensilien.Die Terrasse ist schön groß und der Treppenabgang ist durch eine Tür geschützt (was mit Kleinkind wichtig ist). Abends kann man hier die letzten Sonnenstrahlen einfangen.Der Garten ist wirklich groß und bietet viel Platz zum Toben und Verweilen.Zur Lage:Die Wohnung liegt in Ortsrandlage, aber trotzdem recht zentral in Tossens. Der örtliche Nahversorger liegt in Sichtweite. Den Strand von Tossens erreicht man in ca. 20 Gehminuten. Wenn man ruhigere Spazierwege bevorzugt, dann ist man auch schnell in den Feldern.Zu den Vermietern:Wir haben die Vermieter nicht persönlich kennen gelernt. Die Kommunikation war allerdings super und wir haben auf Rückfragen sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort. Sie ist ruhig gelegen. Der weg zum Strand war mit zwei Kindern gut zu erreichen und falls man keine Lust hat zu laufen fährt an der Straße der Bus.

Die Wohnung ist optisch sehr ansprechend gestaltet und relativ gut ausgestattet. Die Übergabe funktioniert dank Schlüsseltresor ohne Termindruck. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und freundlich! Auch die Lage ist wirklich Top: ruhig, etwas ab vom Trubel der Hauptstraße und Strandpromenade aber trotzdem zentral, so dass alles zu Fuß wunderbar erreichbar ist.Was mir missfallen hat, ist das Fehlen einer Waschmaschine (Lösung ist wohl in Planung) und eines Wäscheständers. Insbesondere letzteres ist nach einem Strandtag Gold wert, denn so muss man die nassen Sachen auf den Terrassenmöbeln verteilen. Ein weiteres großes Manko ist das völlige Fehlen von Insektenschutzgittern. Dies führt dazu, dass fast sofort nach Öffnen der Fenster Fliegen und Wespen die Wohnung stürmen. Außerdem hatten wir jeden Morgen min. 2 neue Mückenstichenund ich war jede Nacht auf "Jagd". Wir sind schließlich mit Insektenschutzmittel eingesprüht ins Bett gegangen um einigermaßen Ruhe zu haben. Das trübt das Urlaubsfeeling ganz enorm.Des weiteren hätte ich mir bei den Küchenutensilien etwas mehr gewünscht. Z. B einige kleine scharfe Messer und einen Korkenzieher.Die Terrasse ist gleichzeitig der Eingang und wird von beiden Dachgeschosswohnungen genutzt. Die Trennung durch Pflanzkübel mit Ziergras ist sehr hübsch, bietet allerdings keine Privatsphäre. Das ist nicht direkt als Manko zu nennen, aber Geschmackssache. Alles in allem aber eine schöne Wohnung.

Der Aufenthalt im Seewind III war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem super Ausblick von der Dachterrasse aus. Die Wohnung ist leider etwas hellhörig aber das das war bei uns gar kein Problem und nachts war alles ruhig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Unser Aufenthalt war - inclusive Wetter - sehr schön. Wir haben uns in der gut eingerichteten Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Einziger Makel war der Fernsehempfang über Joyn - mit eingeschränktem Empfang der Sender (z.B. kein RTL), häufigem Ausfall der Internet-Verbindung und recht komplizierter Bedienung - sonst alles gut!

Ferien im norddeutschen Klinkerhaus

Das Objekt ist toll gelegen, es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und Kinder haben viel Platz zum spielen und toben im Garten. Sogar ein Klettergerüst mit Schaukel ist da. Die großzügige Dachterrasse hat uns auch gut gefallen. Insektenschutzgitter an manchen Fenstern wären toll, da es doch einige Mücken und Wespen gibt. die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, es gibt anständige Töpfe von WMF, das hab ich schon durchaus schlechter erlebt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Wer starken Kaffee mag, sollte sich allerdings besser eine Induktionsherd taugliche Espressokanne mitbringen, mit Senseo Kaffee werde ich nicht warm. Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer und schöner Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung.

Eigentlich perfekt, aber ...

Einrichtung und Lage am Ortsrand sind genau wie beschrieben und perfekt für eine Auszeit mit der Familie. Aber: Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, zumindest der Fußboden scheint alle Geräusche aus der Nachbarswohnung zu übertragen. Jedenfalls waren wir immer informiert wenn sich jemand nebenan bewegte. Der Fernseher funktioniert nur über ein Streamingportal (FireTV - Joyn App) Soweit so gut - aber dann sollte der W-Lan Router (im Erdgeschoss) auch den erforderlichen Mindestanforderungen genügen. Bei uns wurde das Fernsehbild immer wieder für Minuten einfroren oder der Stream brach regelmäßig ganz zusammen. An die gleichzeitige Verwendung von mehreren Endgeräten (Tabletts, Notebook und ähnliches) war ohnehin nicht zu denken. Aber ansonsten ist es wirklich eine tolle Wohnung
