Wir hatten ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, das sehr ruhig lag. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück mehr als ausreichend. Es wurden Brötchen und Belege und auch der Kaffee sehr zügig aufgefüllt.

Die Nähe zum Strand war hervorragend, auch sehr gut war, dass jedes Zimmer/Apartment gab es mindestens einen Parkplatz hatte. Im Apartment war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und es war sehr groß. Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Leider war das Wetter nicht ganz so toll, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts 😉

Als Gast wird man sehr zuvorkommend begrüsst. Anliegen bzw. Probleme werden schnell gelöst (Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung und der Duschkopf war undicht) Innerhalb von einer halben Stunde wurde ein neuer Duschkopf angebracht. Das Essen war hervorragend (Übernachtung Frühstück gebucht) und die Auswahl am Buffet wahr defintiv ausreichend und wurde kontinuierlich frisch nachgefüllt. Für die Kinder war der Hit, dass Pony-Reiten dazugebucht war, ohne dass man etwas zusätzlich zahlen musste. Die Nähe zum Deich ist hervorragend, innerhalb von 3 Minuten steht man auf dem Deisch und kann über Tossens und natürlich zum Meer (wenn Flut ist ;-) ) schauen. In der Ferienwohnung hat man nichts von den anderen Urlaubern mitbekommen. Auch der große Balkon abends zum entspannten Wein trinken ist super gewesen. Die Ausstattung war zwar nicht die neueste, aber war gut erhalten und konnte dem erholsamen Urlaub beitragen. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen das Hotel bzw. Ferienwohnung :-)

Das Apartment war schön, geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Beim Frühstück gab es leider keine frischen, sondern nur Aufbackbrötchen, dafür gibt es Punktabzug. Die allgemeinen Räume (Früshtücksrestaurant, Kinderspielzimmer) wirken schmuddelig und renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal war aber sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

Schöner Urlaub mit Abstrichen

Die Unterkunft ist leider schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Apartment Ausstattung ist ebenfalls ein wenig älter. Die Lage ist super, direkt am Deich und Restaurants, kleiner Supermarkt und Fahrradverleih sind in direkter Nähe. Das feine Fischbuffet im Hoteleigenen Restaurant war leider nichts. Wenig Auswahl und der Service war mit Auffüllen und Bedienen leider überfordert. Ansonsten war es dennoch ein schöner Kurzurlaub.

Zustand Zimmer bzw. Bad war 70er Jahre-Stil, Bad sehr klein, ohne Belüftung, roch nach Schimmel, Silberfische in Duschwanne. Zimmer roch ebenfalls muffig, alles sehr hellhörig, Bett gut/Boxspring-Bett, restl. Mobiliar veraltet, passte optisch nicht zusammen. Zimmerservice kam täglich zu immer unterschiedlichen Zeiten, bis 16 Uhr! Frühstück im Hotel sehr gut, große Auswahl, kein Verpackungsmüll, Personal sehr freundlich. Lage der Unterkunft Nähe am Deich, viele gute Restaurants in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ort sehr familienfreundlich.

Preis-Leistung passt hier leider überhaupt nicht. Für 110€ pro Nacht im DZ gibt es zusammengewürfelte 70er-Jahre-Einrichtung und ein nicht zufriedenstellendes Frühstück. Der Kakao beim Buffet war sauer, das Mett war braun und sah nicht vertrauenserweckend aus. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett. Scheint so, als hätten die Eigentümer es nicht nötig zu modernisieren.

Das Personal ist freundlich und man darf seinen Hund mitbringen. Allerdings wird man dann in den nicht mehr so schönen Zimmern untergebracht. Das Waschbecken hatte mehrere Sprünge und der Ausblick war auf eine Garagenrückwand.

Grodses Appartement, zweckmäßig, gute Lage!

Der Empfang war zügig, Bezahlung war nur in bar oder ec-Karte möglich,. Wir hatten App. Nr. 7, grosszügige Fläche mit insg. 5 Schlafmöglichkeiten, ein Einzelbett, ein Doppelbett Schlafzimmer und ein Doppelbett im Wohnzimmer, dort notfalls noch auf der Couch. Grosser Balkon. Die Einrichtung war insgesamt einfach aber zweckmäßig, Handtücher und Fön im Bad, Duschmittel und Schampoo abef nicht vorhanden. Leider nur ein Schlüssel, aber Parkplatz am Haus, Das Frühstücksbuffett bot Ei, Cereals, Brote und Brötchen (Sonntag auch Rosinenstuten), Aufschnitt, Käse, Lachs und Marmelade und Nutelle, Kaffee, div. Tee, Milch, Multivitamin und O-Saft, und Obstsalat. Alles okay. Ansonsten waren wir in der Nebensaison somit vieles noch nicht geöffnet (zB Restaurants, Fahrradverleih etc). Lage aber prima, direkt hinter dem Deich, 5Min vom AquaMundo entfernt.
