Located in Butjadingen, this bright and modern 90 sqm apartment is situated in the attic of a charming country villa built in 1880 that preserves its original architectural style. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 separate bedrooms measuring 20 sqm and 12 sqm, plus a bathroom with bathtub and shower partition. You will find an open living and dining area with an adjacent fully equipped private kitchen. Amenities include WiFi, TV, fan, washer, and dryer. Bed linens, towels, dish towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, tea, coffee pods, spices, salt, pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap are provided. Please bring your own beach towels and dog towels.



Step outside to explore the magnificent 3500 sqm ornamental garden, lovingly designed and completely available for your use. From mid-June onward, you can admire 1400 different varieties of blooming daylilies throughout the garden. Relax in the hammock or hanging chair beneath the old apple trees, or enjoy meals on the shared uncovered terrace using your private grill.
