Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.Wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub, mit unseren E-Rollern waren wir schnell in Büsum.Die Wohnung ist gemütlich aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Die Couch ist stellenweise sehr durchgesessen, die Duschkabine ist nicht mehr ansehnlich. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub

Traumhafte Lage

Die Ferienwohnung überzeugt durch ihre traumhafte Lage direkt hinter dem Deich! Ein paar Schritte entfernt befindet sich außerdem ein wunderschöner Spielplatz sowie eine netter Strandimbiss, der leckere Snacks und Getränke anbietet. Die Wohnung ist schön, jedoch ist die Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist dennoch alles da, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr gut telefonisch zu erreichen.

Lage, Lage, Lage

Die Wohnung liegt direkt hinter dem Deich. Ein Parkplatz ist reserviert. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten in Büsum. Dort gibt es alles was man braucht. Restaurants, Supermärkte, Wellenbad, Hafen und eine Lagune zum Baden in der Nordsee sind gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten OG. Ein Doppelbett und ein weiteres Bett sind über eine Treppe erreichbar. Das Doppelbett knarrt und knarzt leider gewaltig. Ein Lattenrost ist auch mal runtergerutscht. Vor dem Fenster des Schlafraumes befindet sich leider keine Gaze. Daher ist Lüften nur begrenzt möglich. Die Küche ist sehr klein. Nur eine Person kann dort arbeiten. Die Ausstattung ist aus den 90-igern. Die Dunstabzugshaube haben wir aus gewissen Gründen besser nicht benutzt. Positiv ist noch der abgeschlossene Fahrradraum zu erwähnen.

Top Lage, Hellhöriges Haus

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön direkt hinterm Deich gelegen. Dahinter gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz und das Meer/Watt. Einen Imbis gibt es in direkter Nähe. Die Wohnung selbst ist für Familien nur bedingt geeignet. Da das zweite Schlafzimmer direkt über dem Wohn- und Essbereich liegt und es keine Tür gibt (Gallerie), kann man das Wohnzimmer nicht nutzen, wenn da oben jemand schläft. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Man muss nach jedem Essen mit der Hand spülen. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Überprüfung. Das Stechmücken Massaker an der Wand war nicht schön. Der Kontakt zur Familie Koch war hilfsbereit und unproblematisch.
