Ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer hübschen Anlage.Der Ort ist ideal,wenn man die Ruhe sucht .

Leider war unsere Wohnung übelriechend und schlecht gesäubert. Spinnengewebe samt Bewohner hing in den Schlafräumen von der Decke und an den sicherlich 30 Jahren nicht gestrichenen Wänden waren überall fettige Stellen und totgeschlagene Insekten. Der Wohnbereich war auf jeden Fall mal durchrenoviert und hübsch gestaltet. Aber da die Schlafräume so versifft waren,kann ich leider keine gute Bewertung geben,zumal die ungenügende Endreinigung das Ganze noch mehr herunterzog. Die Nebenwohnung wurde während unseres Aufenthalts gesäubert—-nach 10 Minuten war die Reinigungskraft wieder draußen. Das fand ich im Zeitalter von Corona wirklich irritierend.

Alt / Rauch/ sehr schlechtes WLAN

1. leider war die Wohnung nicht wirklich sauber. 2. Leider hat es total nach kaltem Rauch gerochen. 3. Die Einrichtung inkl der Farbe an den Wänden war aus den 90er Jahren 4. Das WLAN war eine einzige Katastrophe da hat man sich gefühlt als würden alle in Deichhausen an diesem Router sein. 5. Die Lage war ein Traum 6. Das Haus und der Garten waren sehr schön 7. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend 8. Der Vermieter hat uns die Möglichkeit gegeben sachen zu waschen 9. Der Balkon war total toll 10. Überall waren Hundehaare auf dem Teppich (im OG ist Teppichboden) und im EG liegen einzelne Teppiche. Zum Glück haben wir keine Allergie sonst hätten wir am ersten Tag wieder abreisen müssen. Alles in allem war es schön bis auf diese negativ sachen die wir so nicht ganz verstehen können da es schon ein gehobener Preis war.

Verschenkte Urlaubstage

Die Wohnung liegt ideal und hat eine gute Größe. Ihr Zustand und ihre lieblose Ausstattung (inkl. TV) sind in die Jahre gekommen und (außer die Küche) haben eine Auffrischung/Renovierung (besonders das Bad) nötig. Bereits bei der Ankunft kam uns eine Geruchsmischung aus Chlor und Schimmel entgegen, der des Schimmels blieb in allen Räumen. Leider wurde dies vom Verwalter geleugnet, obwohl wir nicht die ersten sind, die dies reklamieren - haben wir leider erst vor Ort gelesen. Die Heizung im Wohnzimmer funktionierte die ersten vier Tage nicht, obwohl wir dies am zweiten Tag meldeten. Für einen Allergiker mit chronischer Nebenhöhlenerkrankung, der die gute Seeluft dringend nötig hat, ein verschwendeter und enttäuschender Urlaub.

Insgesamt gut einige Hinweise zur Nutzung der Wohnung sollten zusammen gestellt werden wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ,Nutzung des Fahrradunterstandes , wo habe ich Möglichkeiten Wäsche zu waschen ( bei längerem Aufenthalt )

Schöne ruhige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Besonders schön ist die grosse Kuschelcoutch, die nach einem langen Tag an der Küste, Spaziergang- Wandern, zum gemeinsamen Tagesausklang einlädt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen. Wir haben trotz der Mängel im Badezimmer- Duschbereich (Schimmel) uns entschieden trotzdem 5 Sterne zu geben, da wir denken, das es behoben werden wird. Gerne kommen wieder und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
