The cozy 2-room apartment Sylt at Alleestraße 35 is located in the heart of Büsum – perfect for a relaxing North Sea holiday. Restaurants, cafés, shops, and the Meerzeit wave pool are all within easy walking distance.

Accommodation and Living Area
The apartment offers 50 m² of space for up to 2 guests. The bedroom has two single beds, and the bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, makeup mirror, and hairdryer. The living area features a sofa, armchair, dining table, and dresser. Laminate flooring creates a bright and easy-to-maintain atmosphere. Man befindet sich mitten in der Haupteinkaufsstraße – Alleestraße – und damit sind alle Geschäfte ..

Man befindet sich mitten in der Haupteinkaufsstraße – Alleestraße – und damit sind alle Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Ab nachmittags kommt die Sonne in die Wohnung. An besonders heißen Tagen kann man die Außenjalousien herunterfahren. In den Oberschränken in der Küche befinden sich Töpfe, Gläser und Geschirr, sowie eine Thermoskanne. Im Backofen befindet sich eine Pfanne und Backblech. Abstellflächen sind dadurch für Einkäufe nicht großartig vorhanden. Vieles kann jedoch auch im Kühlschrank oder im Abstellraum untergebracht werden. Ich bin schon sehr oft in Büsum gewesen und habe mich in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Schlüsselübergabe perfekt und einfach mit dem Schlüsseltresor. Wer oft selbst kocht, sollte eventuell eine Wohnung mit einer größeren Küche und Ausstattung nehmen. Ansonsten super Lage mittendrin im Leben. Wer mit offenem Fenster schläft, sollte sich bewusst sein, das man mitten in der Fußgängerzone wohnt und natürlich auch abends etwas los ist. Für uns( Enkelin mit Oma) im Frühjahr und Herbst perfekt. Im Sommer lieber eine Unterkunft mit Balkon oder Terrasse etwas ruhiger.
