Fahre dort schon seit Jahren hin - ja, könnte modernisiert werden. Aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar: Terrasse, kleiner Garten, Hunde erlaubt und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Dazu die Lage: alles in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar! Freue mich jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal!

Zentrale Lage

Das Objekt ist in zentraler Lage und es ist eine ruhige Gegend. Das Haus war sauber, aber es ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Wackelnde Tische und wackelnde Kommoden sowie die vollgestopfte Küche und der Inhalt der Schränke sollten mal überprüft werden. Auch im Schlafzimmer war eine Schrankhälfte voll mit Kopfkissen und deshalb nicht zu gebrauchen. Positiv ist die Infomappe sowie das übersichtliche Müllsystem.
