Schöne Wohnung mit Schwächen (für den Preis)

Die Wohnung ist nett hergerichtet und liegt zentral sehr gut. Sauber und ordentlich. Das Bad ist ein Witz! Ca. 1,5x1,5m mit Dusche, WC und Waschtisch und die Tür ist nach innen zu öffnen! Die Sitzgruppe im Wohnzimmer sowie die Stühle haben ihre beste Zeit bereits gesehen. Der Terrassenbelag aus Waschbetonplatten ist für Menschen mit Gangunsicherheit gefährlich, wackelnde Platten und Stolperkanten dürfen nicht sein. Hier sollte der massive Gewinn aus den letzten Jahren teilweise reinvestiert werden. Sonst war alles OK.1,5x1,5m mit WC, Dusche, Waschtisch und Heizkörper, zudem

Eine tolle Unterkunft,sehr sauber,modern und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Hier kommt man gern wieder! Wir haben mit dem AVC seit Jahren nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Sehr netter Kontakt,hübsche und saubere Unterkünfte und sollte mal irgendetwas zu bemängeln sein,wird sich sofort darum gekümmert.

westgatt ist eine tolle fweo , gut gelegen mit guter ausstattung,platz für 4 personen die sich gut entspannen können ,weil der weg zum großen wasser nicht weit ist( ca. 2 min zu fuß)einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe( ca.2 min. zu fuß) wochenmarkt,ärzte in der nähe , alles gut zu fuß zu erreichen, würde diese fewo jederzeit wieder buchen, es war nicht unsere erste buchnung bei AVC wird auch nicht die letzte sein, tolle angebote und tolles team und immer hilfsbereit und freundlich , mit dem charme der küste
