Gemütlich

Habe das kleine Appartement alleine bewohnt, dafür war es ideal. Zweckmäßig, aber auch gemütlich eingerichtet, alles Notwendige vorhanden die Fotos geben es genau wieder. Das Mobiliar ist schon älter, aber solide, Bett bequem, Wäschepaket ohne Tadel. Toll ist die Terrasse zur alleinigen Nutzung. Sportplatz und Kindergarten in der Nähe haben mich nicht gestört, ruhige Gegend, aber trotzdem zentral genug. Für die Zukunft gerne WLAN und Sonnenschirm, buche es gerne wieder, Preis Leistung stimmt.

Alles in allem ist die Wohnung in Ordnung . Der Garten ist echt schön . Man kann sehr gut auf der Terrasse entspannen . Das Bad sollte mal renoviert werden . Bett und so weiter alles in Ordnung.

Handtücher und Geschirrhandtuecher waren schon uralt und sehr duenn. Nicht zu gebrauchen. Das Geschirr ,bzw. auch das Besteck war lieblos und zusammengesucht. Im Bad war die Duschanlage defekt. Keine Angaben ueber das Mietobjekt , zB Papierkontainer

Die Wohnung hat alles was es braucht und war für uns genau richtig . Kleinigkeiten könnte man ändern . Der Kühlschrank war sehr laut , aber bei geschlossener Tür auch nicht mehr zu hören . Die Matratze könnt erneuert werde da sie an manchen Stellen durchgelegen ist . Ansonsten hatten wir nichts zu beanstanden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Ich habe eine Woche gebucht. Das Bad sollte mal erneuert werden. Bei 2 Personen die nacheinander Duschen ist das Bad überflutet. Und komplett nach nass. Wäre auch schon das man Internet hätte. Also ein wenig investieren würde sich lohnen. Kein Wäscheständer oder Grill in der Gartenkiste schade nur ein Rasenmäher drin.

die Wohnung ist klein, aber gemütlich, nette Wandbemalung. Es ist erstaunlich, was in dieser Unterkunft trotz der Minigröße untergebracht ist. Die "Kochecke" ist i.d. Flur integriert, aber für das Zubereiten von Malzeiten durchaus ausreichend. Schön ist, daß alles zu ebener Erde und ohne Schwellen angelegt wurde. Einzig störend war der Kindergarten nebenan, aber die Kids sind ja nicht immer draussen und wir nicht immer im Hause.

Nur für kleine Leute

Die Ferienwohnung grenzt an einen Kindergarten und an einen Tennisplatz. Die dadurch entstehende Geräuschkulisse, würde aber nicht als besonders störend empfunden. Die Hausordnung legt die morgendliche Ruhezeit bis 9Uhr fest, was mit einem jungen Hund, als belastend empfunden wurde. Unmöglich ist die Dusche, wenn der Nutzer größer als 1,60m ist. Man kollidiert als größer und kräftig gebauter Mann ständig mit dem Duschvorhang und in der Folge flutet man das Bad. Nur für kleine Hunde geeignet.

Schlechter geht es nicht!

Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit alten,zusammengetragenen Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist eine einzige Frechheit. Nur die Lage ist halbwegs annehmbar. Gesammtzustant: SCHROTT!!!
