The Space:

Nestled in the coastal beauty of Eagle Bay, Whitehaven is designed for both comfort and style. The home’s striking architectural design features Vic Ash timber floors, soaring ceilings, and expansive glass windows that frame breathtaking ocean views.



Step into the spacious living area, where plush sofas surround a large open fireplace, creating a cosy atmosphere for cooler evenings. The room flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, sleek cabinetry, and a breakfast bar. The main living space is air-conditioned for year-round comfort.



The primary bedroom offers a peaceful sanctuary with a queen bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite featuring a spa bath. Two additional queen bedrooms with work desks and a fourth room with two single beds ensure a restful stay for all guests. The main bathroom is fitted with an elegant vanity and a walk-in shower.



For added fun, the downstairs games room features a pool table and a lounge area, while the expansive balcony provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining, complete with a barbecue and outdoor seating to soak in the ocean breeze.



Additional amenities include laundry facilities and ample parking.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Eagle Bay and the nearby town of Dunsborough offer a fantastic selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops to explore during your stay. For a relaxed lunch or dinner with stunning ocean views, Eagle Bay Brewing Co. serves craft beers and a diverse menu in a welcoming setting. Wise Wine is another must-visit, offering premium wines and a dining experience that highlights the best of local produce. Meelup Farmhouse, set on a charming property, is a great spot for breakfast or lunch, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients making up their delicious menu. Seafood lovers will enjoy Blue Manna Bistro, known for its fresh seafood with Asian influences. If you're looking for quality coffee and light bites, Merchant & Maker is a popular café and general store offering artisanal sandwiches, freshly baked goods, and expertly brewed coffee. For shopping, Dunsborough Centrepoint Shopping Centre is a central hub featuring a mix of retail stores, boutiques, and essential services, perfect for picking up local goods or any necessities.

Parking: Driveway parking is available on the premises.



Airport: 40 minutes by car.
