The Space:

Maison Bleue welcomes you with an enchanting façade, while inside you can enjoy sparkling bayside views. The downstairs family lounge is complete with a Smart TV for streaming, while upstairs, the main living area offers an oversized leather lounge and connects seamlessly to an outdoor balcony with a BBQ and projector for alfresco movie nights.



The kitchen is fully equipped for culinary adventures, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space with options to dine inside and out. A treasure trove of fun, end your evening in the games room with a retro arcade, table tennis, foosball, and more. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the surfboards, kayaks, and mountain bikes ready for adventure.



The primary suite upstairs features a dreamy canopy queen bed, a cosy reading nook, and an ensuite with a freestanding bath for indulgent soaks, plus a separate shower. The house is lovely. Great location with just a short walk to the beach. We have stayed there in two families so the two floor location turned out to be perfect for some privacy, yet big shared space was great for a common hang out. Highly recommend

Great Family Holiday

Maison Bleue is well located and walking distance to the Dunsborough boat ramp for kids (and coffee van for us) to go fishing and beach close by. An easy bike ride into the township. The house was lovely and a perfect size for our families. It was well styled and well equipped. Would have liked one of the bedrooms downstairs to have a bed which could separate into single beds for the kids. We would definitely stay there again.

Property was immaculate, contained loads of extras, had two sitting areas, one top, one bottom, worked well for a varied age and diverse family group, was within a short walk for grandchildren to a sheltered, quiet, sheltered beach which we used whenever weather permitted. In all, a will-come-back experience.

Great location, a few issues with the property though

Positives: - The house is very well appointed (modern appliances, superb bathrooms, large bedrooms and easy to use technology). - The location is great, 2min walk to the beach and kids loved exploring the rocks and swimming in the shallow, protected waters. - beds were comfy and pillows good - linen supplied was clean and fresh - bbq was clean and worked very well - the view was excellent and the outside couches on the balcony were fantastic - all the bedrooms had great windows for opening to let the breeze in and cool the house down... no need for aircon during summer! Improvement areas: The letdown was the finishing touches at the house: - the front door lock was sticky and took 2-3min and multiple people to open (we ended up leaving it locked and going in/out through the garage instead) - the upstairs rug was like having a shaggy dog leave hair all over the place, it just kept shedding fibres whenever you walked over it, which then got tracked through the other living areas and into the bedrooms - there was no sound dock or radio supplied - only 2 teatowels in the kitchen for an entire house of 10ppl for 3 days - only 1 power outlet in each bedroom, with only 1 bedside table and lamp - lots of cobwebs in the downstairs area - light fittings above the food prep floating island in the kitchen were caked in grease, fibres and dust - only 4 coffee pods were supplied at the start of the stay (for a house of 10) and no tea bags - there's an outdoor projector and screen on the balcony, but no ability to connect to it as it was presented Overall, we enjoyed the stay but don't think I would go back to this particular property. It seems a bit overpriced for whats included and to have to pay an extra $65 per room for linen to be supplied is over what I expected.
