The Space

This remarkable architect designed home embraces a wonderful combination of modern design and flair, comfortably integrated into its natural Australian rural location.

Bold Spotted Gum timber floors greet you upon entry & lead you down a glass clad hall to the main open-plan living & kitchen areas. The elevated gourmet galley kitchen is a delight for the master chef in your group. The kitchen overlooks the warm and inviting living zone, complete with reverse cycle split system air-conditioning, wood burning fire, inbuilt window seating plus feature Cedar lined pitched ceiling.

The abundant use of glass provides lovely rural vistas from every angle & allows light to flood the home.

Stepping outside to the timber decked walkway leads you directly to the lawn and undercover gazebo – the perfect place to enjoy a glass of local wine and fire up the BBQ, whilst the kids play either on the swing, the trampoline or the purpose-built playhouse.

The king master bedroom with ensuite enjoys direct access to a private lawned courtyard and is conveniently located at the front of the home to provide a private retreat. An additional 2 queen bedrooms and a bunk bedroom (with an additional king single bed) share the main bathroom and overlook the rear gazebo area.

Reverse cycle air-conditioning keeps the living area warm or cool, whilst the bedrooms have excellent ventilation and ceiling fans. Internet & data points are available throughout the home. A truly unique property that will enchant you from the moment you enter.

No parties or events to be held at the property. No schoolies bookings and no animals/pets please.

Amazing house and location perfect for families

Great stay at Green Park, super close to Dunsborough, a very well thought out property for families (particularly large families), and lots of touches to make the stay even better like linen and basic house consumables supplied. Will definitely return and have already recommended to many friends

Fantastic family getaway

We already can’t wait to come back! My husband, our 21 month old and I had the best time here. This place is beautiful for adults wanting a nice stay but also absolutely perfect for kids. My little one had so much to do between the toys, cubby, sand pit, swings and open spaces she played and laughed our entire stay. The accomodation is also really well set up, clean and has such a relaxing vibe it’s perfect for adults who want to unwind. The location couldn’t be more perfect for us to get to all our favourite places. We just loved it!

Perfect house for a family holiday

We had the most wonderful time at Green Park. It is close to dunsborough and to the beaches but the property gives the feeling of space and peace. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, the beds super comfy and the toys, cubby house and sand pit kept our kids entertained the entire time. We really appreciated Brenda and Paul and how easy they were to contact. Thanks for a great holiday we couldn’t have asked for more.

Stay at 4 Greenpark road Quindalup

The house was well located on a nice road with good walk tracks. The house is suitable for family with babies and young children as there is a lot of kids toys, cot and high chair . House was not that clean when we arrived and windows were smeared with kids hand marks. The inside is tired and In need of some repairs. some outdoor beds or comfy chairs would be good also. The kitchen only had one tea towel and dish cloth. It would be better to supply more items like this .
