Fabulous holiday house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous house perfect in perfect location. Great entertaining space and areas to chill. Quiet and peaceful with views of the ocean. Well stocked with everything you will need. Lovely decor and furnishings that really help get you in the holiday mood! Enclosed if you have small children and pets.

Long weekend away

The house is in a freat location with stunning views. The front porch area is massive and it is so tranquil. There is plenty of parking including a lock up garage. Will like to book this place again.

Myself and 5 girl friends had a great weekend at Sunnyside. Perfect location, short drive to local wineries and Yallingup & Margaret River chocolate factories. Beautiful view of the ocean from the 1st floor balcony and only 5 minutes walk to it. Slight issue with

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying in Old Dunsborough and the location of Sunnyside is fantastic high on the rise and a short walk from the boat ramp, beach and coffee cart!! A beautiful expansive deck provides a great spot for relaxing and socialising with a view of the ocean. Living area/kitchen is adequately equipped with some nice decorative touches, although electric oven/hotplate is dated and selection of dishes/platters was a bit sparse. The 2 small bathrooms are very much in need of renovating-the description of 'coastal retro style' is surely tongue in cheek and not having an ensuite to the bedroom upstairs we found to be quite difficult, having to negotiate steep slatted stairs in the middle of the night for a trip to the loo!!(my fault, I missed that in the blurb)The rollerblinds in the upstairs retreat need attention also - if you need to put warnings everywhere about the perils of using them then its time to change the window treatments to make them more userfriendly...Beds however were super comfy with quality white linen. Towels had seen better days. Its an older property so didnt expect eveything to be pristine, but house was in need of a deep springclean, quite grimy and dusty and weeds/dead leaves in the backyard area added to the feeling of the home just needing some tlc...Luxury Breaks staff were .proactive in sorting the plumbing problem which arose and in arranging a springclean once alerted to the issue so thanks for that. We had a great holiday but at top dollar, this property could do better.
