My Husband and I took some of our Family Members away for a quick weekend getaway and this place was everything we expected and more. The House was just as advertised.The owner was very accessible.The check in and check out process was very simple and the price was awesome We have already decided that we will be renting this Location on our next adventure. Great stay

Everything was great! The house was clean and the property was very private. The hot tub was relaxing and the lake is within walking distance to the house. The local deer hanging around was a nice plus. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable home. Accommodated 4 adults quite well. Outside deck, grill and fire pit area were enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place!

Everything as presented!

Lovely property surrounded by woods. Lots of neighbors, but nicely spaced out. We hiked, and then enjoyed the hot tub in the evening.

Bushkill beauty is agem

We stayed at this house for 3 nights. The communication from the owner was amazing. She answered every question we had before we knew to ask it. The house was clean and the hot tub was excellent. The pots and pans left a little to be desired if you plan to cook a full meal. I highly recommend this house.

Accommodations were just fine. Pots and pans and utensils need upgrading. Water pressure in mbr was nonexistent. Might be helpful to have small enclosure for garbage cans as bears got into them and dragged trash all over side yard last night we were there.

Great stay

This is a great place. Very private, several really nice amenities, and an attentive host. The location is fairly remote... you need to give yourself 20+ minutes to get to groceries and other shopping... but that's exactly the type of location we were happy with for this trip. Lots of ourdoorsy things to do in the area, and challenging roads to ride if you are an avid cyclst. It would help if the house would accumulate some more basics for the kitchen, like silverware, a larger pan for the stove, and things like that, but nothing like that affected our stay in a negative manner at all. Thank you!

October Delaware Water Gap Vacation

This property was the perfect location for us to enjoy hiking at Bushkill Falls, Dingman's and Raymondskill Falls, and the PEEC. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fire pit. It was not too far from restaurants and a grocery store. The remote for the TV in the living room appears to be broken. I changed the batteries but it still didn't work. I was able to use the TV by downloading the Amazon Fire app and controlling the TV with my phone. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Great stay!

The place was very clean and nice layout for dining and gathering area. Easy to communicate and fast response. The place was isolated from other houses so we had some privacy as well. Only wish can be if they let us use the washer/dryer because the towel was somewhat limited (especially when using hot tubs)

Awesome hot tub

We rented this property for 2 reasons: no neighbors close by and hot tub. Hot tub was wonderful as was everything else. Easy walk to the lake. Beds comfy.

Lovely stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bushkill. The house is beautiful, pictures are accurate, communication with Atiba was great and prompt. We loved seeing deer every day, often just a few feet away from the house. The hot tub was fantastic after hiking. We toasted marshmallows over the fire pit and enjoyed star gazing so far away from city lights. The gas fireplace only took a couple minutes to get nice and warm, which was great on chilly mornings or evenings. We cooked indoors and outside on the charcoal grill-kitchen is stocked with basic supplies and spices/seasonings. Master bedroom is huge and would have plenty of room if you needed a pack'n'play (our tiny toddler just shared the giant California king bed). There is a high chair! (Bring your own small dishes/silverware for little ones- the ones there are rather large, but fine for the rest of us.) Our kids had fun playing with the two chunky toddler puzzles and the dominoes. We hiked two free family-friendly trails nearby- Dingman's Falls and Tom's Creek Trail. Only negative was that we arrived later than expected Sunday evening, and most of the nearby restaurants had closed earlier than advertised. The area is remote (bring a dollar bill for the toll bridge!), but quite peaceful and relaxing and we had a great time!

Excellent stay!

Our family stayed there for the weekend. We found everything we need in the house; clean and spacious. The area is good, and the house is very close to the lake. The host was very responsive and helpful! Would recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a great time. Hope we will be coming back soon.
