This hotel is NOT smoke-free + confirm room size

I pretty much enjoyed my stay, but a few things gave me cause for concern: 1. From the pictures, it looks like I may have been given a standard room even though the receptionist verbally confirmed I booked a premium room. So I'm not 100% sure if I was overcharged for a standard or was just sent to the wrong room. The space was still pretty big, the amenities were very nice and it was quiet, so I didn't complain. 2. This hotel is NOT smoke-free as advertised on its main page. ALL of the rooms for ANY given date range are described as "smoking". Because of this discrepancy in information, I checked with hotels.com as well as the receptionist and the response was "some rooms are smoking, some aren't. Maybe the non-smoking rooms were already booked." Like I said, it didn't matter what dates selected, the ROOMS are all SMOKING. Upon check-in, my room wasn't heavily smoky, but once in the bath tub, I could smell my neighbors' smoke! It didn't last long, but if you have allergies or other respiratory issues, you may want to look elsewhere. 3. Hotels around Korea always list that they speak English, but this isn't true. Maybe one or two staffers do, but of course, they don't work 24/7, so when you check in, you may get someone who doesn't speak any English. 4. There's no privacy in the bathroom. If you're an exhibitionist, maybe that's okay. :) The pluses: the size of the room (even if it was standard...); the free sheet mask; the huge TV; the views; location

Very nice room and extremely generous with amenities. I was pleasantly surprised that drinks and even a facial mask was provided. Very clean room and I liked the jacuzzi in the room. Excellent value. Would certainly come back again.

The washroom DOESN’T have an odour!! You must stay here! My other accommodations all had a bad washroom odour while this one did not! Super close to everything. About 30 - 45 minutes train ride from the airport. We stayed here due to the distance to the airport. Pros: super friendly staff. He was super funny and helpful! Free ammendities, SUPER CLEAN, free coffee downstairs, close to train and restaurants. Con: the light switches were too bright in the dark.

The hotel was better than price, modern, clean, kind staff and very convienct location, since I am a senior( over 65) the bad mattress was little cold for me but it would be okay to young people. Overall I was satisfied, will visit again.

I booked this placeto stay near Busan Airport. It certainly served its purpose and was a nice clean room. However it's a bit of a sleazy neighbourhood with fairly obvious "motels" and I could hardly even see the receptionist's face through the tiny window. No problem for couples but not a great place for families.

2-night visit. The hotel is tucked away on a back road, away from the noise of the Main Street but close to everything you need. Hotel staff is very accommodating and do an excellent job at assisting if there is any issue. Overall great experience, would stay again.

Nothing to complain

Landed Busan with a red eye flight and arrived hotel early in the morning for luggage storage. Super nice staff welcoming us once we arrived and reminded us check-in time is 6 pm. Location is perfect as we planned to go to Tongyeong by bus and it's just opposite to the bus terminal. After we returned at night with a long day trip, we got our Premier room and feel so relaxed with the big jazucci tub and also the massage chair! Highly recommended for people who's planning to travel to places nearby Busan. Love it!

Not So Restful

The hotel was very clean and the checkout attendant was kind and helpful. However, I did not get the room that was pictured / advertised, and the mattress was so hard/uncomfortable that I barely slept.
