The room felt a bit dated (had a musky odor to it, like old house smell). I would suggest replacing the carpet with laminate or tile floor in the next renovation to deal with that. The staff, gym, laundry, and other amenities are exceptional quality —comparable to a 5 star hotel (which we also stayed at in Seoul), but in a smaller space. The location is optimal if trying to explore many areas. Basically on top of a subway station with direct lines to most attractions. 10 min walk to the famous shopping street, < 30 min walk or subway to basically anything else you’d want to see as a visitor in Seoul.

The worst stay I have ever had. I reserved 3 nights and only stayed 1 because I checked out early to go stay at another place. Bedsheets were dirty and stained. Bathroom was moldy and gross. It was terrible. Felt like a motel. And when I expressed my concerns, the front desk wasn’t apologetic at all. Don’t stay here.

Location was great, not far from the beach, and the main strip, with lots of restaurants and locations to visit near by. Hotel was clean and good condition, with a lovely view from the balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, a very pleasant stay!

Hotel near the beach

The hotel and service staff were very friendly and helpful. We borrowed an umbrella when it was raining and they were helpful to assist us. Hotel was very well situated within walking distance of good food and shopping area.
